So over fourth of July weekend Nicholas, Jake Noyes, his fiance Bri Trimble, and I went to southern California with the Bartlett's for a weekend full of sunshine! It was so much fun! The ride down wasn't so fun since we left at 6:00 on Wednesday night and didn't arrive at our destination until 5:00 am!!! There was a huge accident on I-15 and we were stopped for 2 1/2 hours and then we got a little lost. Yeah... really fun. But after that everything was bliss!! We went to the beach on Thursday, and on Friday we went to a park that had tennis courts, sand volleyball, softball fields, and a swimming pool. Saturday was another fun day at the beach and then an adult date night without children running around everywhere! The Bartlett's are so good to us and we appreciate everything they do!!
